Caro Emerald Gig Poster
For this project, I designed a series of gig posters for Caro Emerald, an artist known for blending classic swing and jazz influences with a fresh, modern electro twist. The goal was to capture the essence of her sound through visuals that celebrate both her vintage inspiration and contemporary edge.
I created three original illustrations that evoke the elegance and charm of the era she emulates, enhanced with floral motifs that reflect her feminine style. Drawing from Caro’s signature vintage hairstyles, I incorporated abstract floral patterns within her silhouette to introduce a sense of intrigue and artistry.
To balance the nostalgic tone with modern energy, I infused the designs with vibrant colors and dynamic compositions. Her name was hand-lettered to harmonize with the overall aesthetic, inspired by her existing logo yet tailored to the expressive, vintage-feminine character of the series. The final posters visually translate Caro Emerald’s timeless sound into a bold, captivating visual experience.
